Ed Wolf and Associates have been serving Boulder county and other Colorado communities tax and payroll needs since 1986. We offer help with individual, small business, corporate, trusts, estates, gift tax and non-profit tax returns. For individual returns we provide assistance in preparing Federal and Colorado returns, out of state returns, foreign income, delinquent returns and IRS problems. Non-resident alien returns and foreign country returns can be prepared if needed.
For small businesses we can assist in the selection of the entity type, payroll, book keeping support, sales tax issues and the preparation of the tax returns.
For the Non-profit we can help with the application and yearly tax forms necessary to maintain your Non-profit status.
